KATHARINA DUWEN
Born in Munich in 1962. She lives in Paris. Since 1988 Duwen focussed, besides painting, onto photography with which she is constantly experimenting. Thus her tribute to the “Giardino” may be seen as being not very typical for her, but from the point of views of content it is very much related to the subject matters that interest her most: traces of the past, relics of civilization.
